ONLINE PURCHASES

> Eligible for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receipt.

> Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.

> Requests must be authorized via info@dpto.la before sending items back.

> All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

> All jewelry, fragrance, candles, undergarments and socks are not eligible for return or exchange.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

> Full-priced items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase.

> Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Email info@dpto.la with your order number, reason for return, and whether you’d like store credit or exchange.

Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This must be clearly written on the outside of the package.

Returns without an RA# may be refused.

Returns must arrive within 7 business days of authorization to be processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURNS PROCESS

> All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the wrong item was sent.

> Use a reputable courier with tracking and insurance (UPS, DHL, FedEx preferred). If using USPS, select Signature Required.

> Departamento is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns.

> International returns: clearly declare “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value” on customs forms. Customs fees and actual shipping costs may be deducted from store credit.

For exchanges: please purchase the desired item as a new order. Returns will be processed within 5–10 business days.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.

SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

> Eligible for purchases made within 5 days prior to a sale.

> Requests must be submitted within 5 days of sale start.

> Adjustments issued as store credit only.

> The exact size and style must be in stock at the time of request.

> Not valid on sale items, promotions, or special offers.

PRICE MATCH POLICY

We will match the price of non-sale items sold by U.S.-based retailers in USD.

> Must be the same style, size, and color.

> Provide a valid link for verification.

> Price match on past orders will be issued as store credit for the difference.

WARRANTY, REPAIRS & SERVICE

For manufacturer defects or quality control issues, Departamento will coordinate repairs directly with the brand. Repair timelines are set by the manufacturer, not Departamento. We do not issue refunds for used, worn, or unsellable items.

SPECIAL ORDERS

> All special and made-to-order items are non-refundable.

> A 50% deposit is required at the time of order and is non-refundable.
